Established in 2017, Azzurro provides solutions to the commercial
credit sector, including the purchase and management of business
loan(s). Azzurro purchase accounts from a range of businesses,
including banks, non-bank lenders, credit card lenders, merchant
cash advance companies and trade creditors.
The Azzurro Group are authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (registered on the Financial Services Register under registration number 832506).
Why have Worldpay sold my account(s)?
You’ve become a customer of Azzurro’s because Azzurro have
recently purchased your account(s) from Worldpay.
Azzurro will manage the account from 6th March 2026.
Can I repay early?
You continue to have the option to make early repayments or indeed, a potential reduced settlement. To do this, please contact our appointed servicer, you can find their details in the letter you will have received from us.
What if I am struggling to make payment?
Our appointed servicer who is now managing your account will be able to assist with this. You can find their details in the letter you received from us. You should let them know of any difficulties you are experiencing as early as possible and they will assist you the options available.
What will you be doing with my data?
On completion of the transfer of your account, Azzurro will be the data controller of your information. Following the transfer, you should contact Azzurro if you have any questions about how Azzurro may use your data in the future.

Worldpay will continue to keep a copy your personal information for only as long as they need to for legal and business purposes.
